Data Retention Term
The data collected are processed for the period strictly necessary to achieve the specific purpose of each one.
The identification data of registered readers and the list of saved reading articles are kept as long as your relationship with the reader is maintained. Therefore, they will remain until the reader proceeds to delete their registration with the company or request their deletion/cancellation of their subscription.
For the purposes of commercial transactions or other compliance with legal obligations, the data will be kept for the period legally provided for the fulfillment of legal obligations, as well as for contesting legal situations and for the period they remain.
The company is not responsible for the content of readers' comments, so any personal data that is disclosed by any reader in this context will be promptly deleted when the company is notified of the disclosure of such data.
